Own the emotions!
When you’re swamped and it’s wild busy, bring it on and accept that it’s part of being alive. Accept the stressful energy and move forward with power. It removes judgment and shame. Channel it and see it as normal and something you can work with. BTW Y’all know I never skip breakfast 💯☀️💞🍓🥓🥚
