You gots to FEEL!

Body image triggers, uncomfortable emotions, anxiety, you name it… we’re all on the feeling our feelings journey. It’s all about getting curious. It’s about mindfulness. It’s about being cool to ourselves and getting our own backs.

It’s about VALIDATION (remember how I’m writing a book about this that is probably the most important work I’ll ever do?! Ahhh can’t wait to tell you more)! It’s about non-judgmental acceptance of our holistic experience as humans! Dude, if you can’t validate your own emotions, how the freak is anyone else supposed to get your back?! We all have the right to feel our feelings!
